社会创新

是：为满足社会需求、创造社会价值、促进社会可持续发展的 各种比现有的方法更加有效、可持续、或更公平的创新策略、概念、思想、方法和组织。

友成“社会创新”计划，属于下的独立创新项目，是实现基金会五年愿景中：“成为中国民间支持和推动志愿服务精神和社会企业家精神的有效传播者”与“中国民间在连接企业界、公益界和公共部门方面卓有成效的资源整合者”的主要途径之一。

本计划是社会创新和社会企业家精神的平台，在承载着基金会的物质和精神两个层面的使命1基础上，“社会创新”计划旨在通过培养和发扬社会创新和社会企业家精神，令创新精神成为公民自主参与社会发展的动力；促进跨部门和跨领域合作创新，从而实现和谐社会可持续发展的长远目标。

“社会创新”计划的愿景是：人人在创新中实现个人价值与社会价值的和谐统一

社会企业家精神培育项目

使命：在以青年为主的社会群体中培养社会创新意识和社会企业家精神，倡导个人价值和社会价值的有机融合。

宗旨：以人为本，培育有社会责任感的创新行动者和社会企业家

本项目旨在动员、发掘、推动和帮助18至45岁、有着强烈社会责任感、创新意识和企业家精神的青年创新行动者和社会企业家。通过建立学习实践与交流共享的实地和网络平台，以榜样激励、由体验启发、用知识深化、经行动巩固，从而提高青年的个人及职业的能力素质、建立公益创业的能力基础。使创新者的创意和热情转换为解决社会问题的行动力，帮助社会企业家实现服务社会的理想，进而创造广泛和可持续的社会价值。

The Social Innovation Initiative serves as an intermediary platform for Social entrepreneurship and Social innovations. Our parent organization is China Social Entrepreneur Foundation (YouChange). The Initiative aims to motivate civic engagement in China for the advancement of society through promoting social innovation. We provide essential platforms for Social entrepreneurship and Social innovations that enhance social value creation through local and global connections and partnerships. We educates, empowers, connects and supports social innovators and social entrepreneurs. Our programs and services create experiential learning opportunities and innovative social entrepreneurship education, and facilitate conscious leaders of tomorrow to transform their vision and passion into effective actions that bring forth sustainable improvement of the world.

The future norm of the society is set by the younger generation; our vision is that in the future everyone is able to achieve the unity of personal and social values through innovation.
